The power of grassroots campaigning: the fight for abortion rights in 2023
The public meeting is focusing on different types of campaigning for abortion rights, including speakers talking about the recently set-up Activist Bootcamp, Davinia Hamilton on using real experiences of abortion in Malta for the play Blanket Ban, Manna Mostaghim on using research to campaign, and Abortion Rights Chair Kerry Abel on the response and demonstrations since the overturning of Roe v Wade in the US.
The public meeting is free-of-charge but often oversubscribed, so if you wish to attend, please register in advance to avoid disappointment.
